Oconee County Habitat for Humanity ( OCHFH) continued its support of the annual Clemson University student build and donated $5,000 to the Clemson University Student Chapter of Pickens County Habitat for Humanity Homecoming build.  Tom Bottin, president of OCHFH said, “The students and social organizations of Clemson have supported OCHFH for years helping us construct homes and landscape properties in Oconee County.  So, once again, our Board wanted to show our appreciation and unanimously voted to provide this grant.  The students involved in this build are truly amazing!”

Augie Tortora, an OCFHF construction volunteer who joins the Clemson build each year said, “For me, it was especially rewarding because in addition to meeting scores of Clemson student volunteers, I got to work along side the Clemson Tiger!"
